About The Event

3 nights of peace, sleep and friendship with other moms and female caregivers who already understand your challenges! Breakfast daily.   Transportation and other meals extra.  $160 per guest, single occupancy.   Completely casual, sleep as long as you want. Zero expectations of you. You don't even have to come out of your room if you don't want to :)

  • Tropical Bird Room

    3 nights lodging, breakfast included. The Tropical Bird Room is decorated with our favorite bird prints and lamps. This spacious, second floor room has a king-size bed and a large vanity in the bathroom. Tub/shower combo. This suite also has a separate living area. The Tropical Bird shares a full kitchen with the Romance room.

  • Romance Room

    3 nights lodging, breakfast included. The Romance Room is a large, second floor room with a king-size bed. Private ensuite bath with shower & Jacuzzi-type tub. The Romance also has a separate living area. It shares a full kitchen with the Tropical Bird room.

  • Old Florida Room

    3 nights lodging, breakfast included. The Old Florida room, on the first floor of Bert’s Barn, has a queen-size bed. Private ensuite bath with tub/shower combo. This spacious room includes a small kitchenette with counter space and a sink.

  • Hibiscus Room

    3 nights lodging, breakfast included. The Hibiscus Room is located directly above the cafe and the hustle-and-bustle of the morning. Large room with a KING bed. The private bathroom, with an old claw-foot tub, is separated from the bedroom by a short hallway. If you're an early riser anyway, this is the room for you! Activity in the cafe starts around 6:30 am and you may hear a little noise from the kitchen.

  • Magnolia Room

    3 nights lodging, breakfast included. Located directly above the cafe. On the second floor, it has a queen-size bed and is just down the hall from the library. Private ensuite bath with shower. This is our “coziest” room. While most of our guests don’t mind the sound of morning’s hustle-and-bustle, activity in the cafe starts around 6:30 am, and you may hear a little noise from the kitchen while we get ready for breakfast.

  • Turner Room

    3 nights lodging, breakfast included. The Turner Room, another of our "cozy" rooms, is so named for the artist whose prints adorn the walls. Just off the screened-in deck upstairs, it overlooks the cafe courtyard. It has a queen-size bed and an old claw-footed tub in bathroom. Our little library is just a few step away through the double french doors.

  • Art Deco Room

    3 nights lodging, breakfast included. The Art Deco Room, on the ground floor, looks out on the courtyard and gardens from a private screened-in porch. It has a king-size bed. The back door leads out to our Backyard of Love. The Art Deco is one of our three pet-friendly accommodations.

  • Woodpecker Cottage

    3 nights lodging, breakfast included. Across the courtyard from the cafe. This cozy cottage has a queen-size bed and a small living area that provides a nice view of the garden. Private ensuite bath with shower. The Woodpecker also has its own little screened in porch.

  • Funky Bird Room

    3 nights lodging, breakfast included. The Funky Bird Room is on the first floor of Bert’s Barn. It has a queen-size bed. Private bath with tub/shower combo. This spacious room includes a small kitchenette with counter space and a sink. Just across the dog-trot from the Old Florida, the Funky Bird is just a few steps away from the Barn’s large front porch. This is one of our 3 pet-friendly accommodations.

  • The Big Easy-ADA

    3 nights lodging, breakfast daily. The Big Easy Room is fully handicap accessible and has a queen-size bed. Originally a detached kitchen when the house was built over 100 years ago, it is semi-detached from the main house. It has a large bathroom, and instead of a tub, it has an extra large shower for our guests who use a wheel-chair. It also has a small secluded porch right outside the door.
