A new, anonymous donor recently surprised A Mother’s Rest with an incredibly generous gift — including $50,000 specifically designated for #MothersDayAway 2027!

​THREE NIGHTS. JUST $125. At ANY of our participating Partners!

• The caregiver registration donation for participating locations will be $125--the same price guests pay at our AMR-owned inns-- for the full three-night retreat, May 7–10, 2027.  Some retreats are 4 nights! The remainder of the retreat cost is being generously subsidized through this gift.

 

REGISTRATION WILL WORK DIFFERENTLY THIS YEAR.

• #MothersDayAway will NOT be first-come, first-served.

• Each participating location will have its own DRAWING LIST, open for approximately one week. Those will all open at the same time, and the drawings will happen across several days after that.

• Joining a drawing list is NOT registration and does not guarantee a room.

• When the lists close, names will be randomly drawn (like a raffle) for the available rooms. If selected, you will be contacted via email to confirm that you still want — and are able — to attend. Once confirmed, you will be invited to complete your $125 registration.​

 

BEFORE YOU ADD YOUR NAME...

• Please make sure you can arrange coverage at home, travel to the destination, and commit to the full three-night retreat if selected.

• No additional grants can be provided.​

• Grant is for room costs only.  Some venues provide breakfast daily, and others do not.  Guests are responsible for their own meals, activities, and transportation to the event.
