AMR's SECOND YEAR-ROUND CAREGIVER RESPITE INN:  Three nights of peace, sleep and friendship with other special needs moms, adoptive moms, and adult female caregivers who already understand your challenges! Leave your worries, stress, and responsibilities at the front door!

Inside, find essential rest and therapeutic fellowship with other caregivers who truly "get it". 

This inn hosts: eligible caregiving Women/Moms, Men/Dads, and Couples. We also host numerous private group retreats.

First opened in December 2020, Lawton Place Manor is a fully restored 1879 Georgian Revival home. Conveniently located in the Mountains of NE Georgia, it is perfectly situated as a short escape from places like Atlanta, Charlotte, Greenville, Columbia, and Chattanooga...even Birmingham and Knoxville. This area provides amazing opportunities for hiking, wineries, antiques, pottery, fishing, restaurants, shopping, history, mountain drives, river tubing, and tourist attractions like Helen, GA! Plus from May to October, you can enjoy our on-site pool!
