About The Event

THURS-SUN:  Three nights of peace, sleep and friendship with other special needs moms, adoptive moms, and other female caregivers who already understand your challenges!    Breakfast daily. Transportation and other meals extra.  This is a special "half-house" event, where you visit with (7) other caregiver moms/women, and other general guests as well.  High season discounted rate at just $225 per guest/room. Single occupancy. Normal rates are $250-$500 per night!  Completely casual, sleep as long as you want.  Zero expectations of you. No calendar, no schedule, completely free-style.  You don't even have to come out of your room if you don't want to :)  *** Tickets are non-refundable.  If you have to cancel, your payment will revert to a tax deductible donation to support A Mother's Rest. ***

  • Berkshire Room-2nd Fl

    3 nights lodging, breakfast included. Enjoy the tranquil tones of blue and white along with a new floor. Light a duraflame log in fireplace. This room has a queen bed, high ceilings & antique oak furniture which provide a Victorian ambiance, while the updated, light-filled bathroom with a shower is convenient and comfortable.

  • Cameo Room-2nd Fl

    3 nights lodging, breakfast included. This newly renovated room features a king bed, new floor and a new smart TV. This is a calming room with restful shades of grey and light lilac with creamy trim. A colorful Tree of Life stained glass window is the focal point of the room. In the rear of the house, this room is next to the Garden View Room. The newly-tiled, spacious bathroom has a tub/shower combination with lots of light.

    3 nights lodging, breakfast included. Darling dormer room. Best suited for "petite" guests who can also manage stairs. Queen bed, 2 chairs and side table, a small bureau, and modest, wall-mounted flat screen TV. Small bathroom with shower.

  • Bluebird Room-Gr Fl

    3 nights lodging, breakfast included. With high ceilings, a brand new floor, a fireplace (Duraflame logs allowed) and antique mantle, the blue and yellow Bluebird Room offers a queen-sized bed and a large bathroom. On the first floor of the main house, this room enjoys the light of the morning sun. You will notice the slanted floor charm of the early 1900's :) Small desk, a bureau, a double closet, and two chairs. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo with grab bars.

    3 nights lodging, breakfast included. Enjoy this extra spacious, high-ceilinged second floor room. The Victorian Room has a brand new floor, fireplace (Duraflame logs) and is a guest favorite. Step into the Gilded Age but enjoy an updated bathroom with tub/shower, a large closet, two armchairs, and a king-sized bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and air conditioning.
