This architect designed, 3 story lakefront home is situated on a bluff with expansive views of beautiful Lake Murray. With 7 bedrooms, 5.5 baths and close to 4000 square feet, this home sleeps 10 and offers plenty of space and privacy for multiple weary moms and caregivers.   MAIN LEVEL:  living room with large screen TV, dining area, a well stocked kitchen, primary suite with private bath, as well as a half bath and laundry room just off the kitchen.   

DINING ROOM:  large table that comfortably seats 8-10 with additional seating for 5 at the kitchen island. 

UPSTAIRS:  4 spacious bedrooms- 3 queens and 1 full.  2 of the queen bedrooms have their own private full bath, the remaining 2 bedrooms share a full bath. 

BASEMENT:  second living space complete with TV, ping pong table, another full kitchen, a queen bed room and a room with two twins and bunk beds that share a full bathroom. Enjoy the natural beauty of the South Carolina mid-country while enjoying the rocking chairs on 1 of 2 gorgeous Charleston-style wrap around porches on the main and lower floors, as well as a beautiful screened-in porch with floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace for those cool South Carolina fall and winter nights. Massive windows on all levels highlight the amazing big water views from almost every room with the main bedroom and two bottom level rooms each having private access to their respective floor's porches. Every room contains a ceiling fan and each level of the home has its own heating and A/C unit. If the inside amenities aren't enough, enjoy your stay via the home's private lot immediately next door - take your pick of lounging in the sun, enjoying a friendly game of volleyball on your own private sand court or shooting a few hoops on the basketball goal. For those wishing to bring or rent a boat, the property comes with access to 2 private docks, each having approximately 18 feet of water depth at low lake levels and 30 feet at full pool. The lot provides ample parking and extra space (boats, cars, jet skis, etc) for guests as well. An ideal retreat for families, small groups or corporate rentals. We invite you to relax and unwind with us in this private and spacious getaway on the water!  Three  nights of peace, sleep and friendship LAKE FRONT with other special needs moms, adoptive moms, and adult female caregivers who already understand your challenges!    This is a VRBO/whole house rental venue.  We love this style because our guests have full run of the house, including full use of the kitchen and gathering areas.  Breakfast is NOT provided.    Transportation and other meals extra. Total lodging cost only $225-275 per guest.   Completely casual, sleep as long as you want.   No calendar, no schedule, totally free-style.  Zero expectations of you.
