WHO: Moms & Other Adult Female Caregivers of Children, Adults, Siblings, Spouses of Wounded Veterans, Special Educators & Therapists, ALL adoptive/foster moms, and those caring for their own elderly parents at home
WHEN: April 24-28, 2023
WHERE: Ft. Lauderdale, FL**Nassau, Bahamas**Coco Cay, Bahamas
COST: $450-$1100 per person, depending on choice of stateroom, including, taxes, port fees, and gratuities. (double occupancy) Airfare, pre-night hotel, transportation to and from ship, on-board spending, and other excursions additional.
DEPOSIT: $100 per person/$200 per cabin

Join A Mother's Rest every year on board our signature #SLEEPMATTERS Cruise! A cruise is one of the few places you can do everything and nothing at the same time! Book your own stateroom all to yourself, or grab another Special Needs Mom friend and share the cost.
Never been on a cruise before? DON'T WORRY! This is the perfect first-timers trip! Personalized hand-holding throughout the process. Happy to answer all of your questions before you book. A private Facebook event group will be set up (like all of our other retreats) so you'll have a chance to get to know all the other moms who are coming with us. Travel and packing tips will be posted often. Just a $100 deposit to reserve your stateroom! The rest is not due until March 1, 2023. Get some cheap flights in and out of Ft. Lauderdale! The cruise is entirely free-style except for group dinners in the main dining room. Join us for coffee each morning. Play at the pool, get a massage, or fall asleep with the sea breeze in your face on the top deck. The whole trip you are free to do as you like. Two casual port stops with dozens of amazing excursions to choose from. Lay on the beach, swim with dolphins, go parasailing, enjoy CHILDLESS shopping and sight-seeing in Nassau Port. Evening 80's dance parties, karaoke, and casino games spice things up! It's fun you forgot you even knew how to have! And as much as there is to do on board, there are just as many quiet spaces to read, nap and revel in the peace & sunshine.

The cost is the same for one person (private room) as it is for two. It's SO nice to be able to shower and step into the room without anyone there! No more than two guests per room, please (unless you book a suite). If you're traveling with several mom friends, choose 2 rooms that are adjoining (with a door in between) so you have access that way....with two bathrooms!)

NO SPOUSES, NO CHILDREN UNDER 21. Even though the trip is mostly free-style in nature, it is designed for adult female caregivers to have fellowship together.

If you are cruising for the first time, choose a room on the lower decks (2 or3). This is where the least amount of sea motion is felt. Sailing solo? Looking for a roomie? ASK ME!
